Science&You: registration for the conference and call for applications for the PhD workshops

The call for applications is open from 15 April until 28 May 2021.

A highlight of Science & You, the "Hubert Curien Days" symposium, which will take place in Metz from 16 to 19 November 2021, encourages discussions between professionals involved in scientific, technical and industrial outreach, communication and culture. This year, the conference will explore the link between science and citizens, as well as the role that outreach practitioners have to play. As for the PhD workshops, these are aimed at better training young researchers in scientific outreach so as to open up their minds to the contributions between research and society, their implications and their audiences.

All French-speaking PhD students may apply to this call, irrespective of their field of research, nationality or experience in scientific outreach. At the end of the call for participants, 56 young researchers will be selected to take part in the workshop. The selection criteria are diversity and motivation to participate.
