I obtained a PhD in statistics and image analysis from the University of Queensland in 2015. Currently, I am research fellow at La Trobe University, working at the interface of artificial intelligence, machine learning, signal processing and statistics. My primary focus is in the democratisation of Big Data analytics using computationally efficient methodologies that enable high-powered inference with low-cost analytic tools.
I am also engaged in international collaborations with researchers in France, Canada, and the USA. My French collaborations include work with Professor Faicel Chamroukhi at the University of Caen, and Dr. Florence Forbes at INRIA in Grenoble.
